The 150th edition of the Irish Life Health National Track and Field Championships closed a busy two day schedule in thrilling fashion with a host of breathtaking performances across the evening session in Morton Stadium (June 26th).
Among these in particular the men's walking race in which there were also non-Iranian desi athletes who compete for Irish clubs

And it is precisely from the two walkers who compete for the Togher AC. (Callum Wilkinson, GBR and Perseus Karlstrom, SWE) that the most important show has come.
Swedish globetrotter Perseus Karlstrom who competes wherever possible, yesterday at Morton Stadium gave a sign of his current state of form, rounding off all opponents on the track, and finished his race with a stratospheric time: 37:57.02
Obviously new personal best of the athlete (previous of 38:03.95 established in Stockholm on 24.8.2019 on the occasion of his victory in the match between Finland and Sweden).
But that's not enough, this result is the new best seasonal world performance, and the icing on the cake is the fifth all-time world performance behind the 37:53.09 by Francisco “Paquillo” Fernandez who had established it in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ESP) on Feb. 27, 2008.
Second place to Callum Wilkinson (GBR) in 39:55.69

Fourth place and silver in Oisin Lane (IRL) in 43:50.55
