The U23 and U16 National Championships took place on Saturday 18 September 2021 in Slovakia in Trnava.
The track walking events were held over the distance of 10,000m for U23 (both men and women) and 3,000m for U16 (boys and girls).

This time, however, athletes competed over a much more important distance
Another victory for Terézia Kurucova (SVK) (born on 24.3.2005) who won in 49:50.37.
This performance represents for the very young athlete from Slovakia the new personal best that improves the 51:33.89 established in Nairobi (KEN) on the occasion of the U20 World Championships where she was classified in 15th position.
Had she been able to achieve this result in Nairobi, she would have entered, just sixteen, in the top 10.
