The Brazilian Athletics Confederation (CBAt) held the Brazilian U18 Athletics Championships in Sao Paulo last weekend, which saw an interesting numerical participation.
5.000m track walk U18 girls
The race took place on Saturday afternoon (28), with 11 athletes at the start.
Undisputed victory for Paraná athlete Gabrielly Cristina dos Santos (BRA), who was in the lead from the start to the end of the race.

10.000m track walk U18 boys
This event opened the program on Sunday morning (29).
After the first 1.000m covered in groups (4:30.9), João Victor Silva Magalhães (BRA), Otavio Henrique Vicente (BRA) and João Paulo Nobre de Oliveira (BRA) took the lead.

- 3.000m in 13:59.2 (4:46.3)
- 4.000m in 18:51.0 (4:51.8)

In the last 1,000m João Victor Silva Magalhães (BRA) forces his pace and completes the last 1,000m in an excellent 4:19.57 which leaves his mark on the other two athletes and leads him to victory.
