The Portugal 2020 Championships took place on Saturday 8 August with a completely different model than in previous years, but interesting.

The events took place in five different locations:
Braga, Lisbon (Estádio Universitário), São Miguel (Ponta Delgada), Terceira (Angra do Heroismo) and Madeira (Ribeira Brava and RG3), while the distance of the track championships was, for both men and women, that of the 3.000m walk.
A final ranking was then drawn up.
