The third important race on Sunday March 17, is the LXXI Spanish Championship of 20km which will take place in Oropesa de Mar about sixty kilometers north of Valencia in Spain.
Together with the Spanish Championship will also take place the event valid for the title of Spain Champion in U23.
20km men
35 athletes are entered, of whom 13 are U23 and 22 are senior.
The victory should be a game of three among the usual names of Diego Garcia Carrera (ESP), Alvaro Martin Uriol (ESP) and Miguel Angel Lopez Nicolas (ESP) who are the only ones who present themselves with a season best 2018 less than 1:21:00.
The best of the three, given the time of accreditation, should be Diego Garcia (1:19:18 obtained last year in La Coruna.

36 athletes are entered, of whom 15 are U23 and 21 are senior.
Also in this race the title should be a matter of three between Maria Perez Garcia (ESP), Julia Takacs Nyerges (ESP) and Laura Garcia-Caro Lorenzo (ESP).
However, if she manages to get rid of the fatigue of the 50km of Feb. 10, 2019 completed with an excellent 4:11.01 we believe the Catalan Raquel Gonzalez Campos (ESP) will also be able to play the game.
The reason indicates Maria Perez as a favorite, but even in this case the rivalry is not to be underestimated and can provide some surprises.
